REFUNDS & RETURNS

If your order has not been shipped, items can be refunded with no questions asked. If your order has been shipped or delivered, all sales are final. UNLESS, the product you ordered is damaged. If so, contact basementclothingtm@gmail.com

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

It is really up to you, we recommend washing on cold and hang drying items to prolong life. Clothing is safe to put in the dryer however it is less recommended as prints may fade or the fabric may shrink.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We ship worldwide, due to covid there is a small list of countries excluded by USPS.

 

SHIPPING TIME?

ITEMS IN HAND: Please allow up to 2-3 business days for shipping, tracking sent via email.

USA ORDERS: 1-5 day delivery

REST OF WORLD: 5-10 day delivery

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Orders are shipped to the address provided, if you have entered the incorrect address please contact basementclothingtm@gmail.com or dm us on instagram @Arnukiclothing, and we can change it for you. If the order has already been shipped or arrived to the incorrect address, ArnukiClothing is not responsible.

 

CHARGEBACK PREVENTION POLICY

Customer understands and agrees that in the event the Customer initiates a chargeback and/or merchant dispute with their issuing bank for the product/s they have received and in fact owe payment for, and the Customer is successful in recovering the disputed funds that would otherwise be owed to the Business, the Business will make every effort to provide documentation to the issuing bank that the Customer did receive any and all products, including this policy.

 

Further, the Business reserves the right to issue an invoice/send a bill to Customer for any and all products that Business has sold and delivered to Customer.  Customer hereby agrees to pay the invoice in full/bill in full if in the event that a chargeback dispute is initiated. Should Customer fail to make appropriate payment, Business shall pursue any and all available legal and equitable remedies available by law.

 

STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package is stolen after being delivered ArnukiClothing is not responsible. 

 

ORDERED WRONG SIZE

If you ordered the wrong size or variant, send us a dm @Arnukiclothing or email basementclothingtm@gmail.com and we will change it for you. If the item has already been SHIPPED out all sales are FINAL due to covid.

 

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

We cancel any orders that get picked up by our fraud scanner. Our fraud scanner notifies us of potentially fraudulent orders, such as a purchase made with a stolen credit card. If you believe your order was falsely cancelled please contact basementclothingtm@gmail.com
